What this site stores and why.
What we collect. Your name, email, timezone, the goals you share, your bookings, your lesson credits and payment records (package, amount, method and a payment reference), and the messages you exchange with Ashley through the site. Optional: phone number and English level.
Why. To run your lessons: booking, reminders, receipts and messaging. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; card numbers never touch this site. Zelle transfers happen inside your bank.
Emails. Confirmations, reminders and receipts are sent to the address on your account. You can switch off reminder emails under Account.
Cookies. One login cookie, essential for keeping you signed in. No tracking cookies. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you tap them.
Hosting. The site and database run on Cloudflare's network.
Your rights. Ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data through the Messages tab in your account.
